Young Membership

University graduates or students aged between 18-30 can become young members of the association. This membership aims to ensure the scientific realization of the association’s objectives, conduct research or studies, carry out social activities, and train future business people or managers both practically and theoretically, among other goals.

Accepted young members of the association may participate in General Assembly meetings and discussions but do not have voting rights.

Donations can be accepted from young members applying for membership, though it is not mandatory. These donations are used for the activities and events of the young members.

The working procedures for young members are determined by the Board of Directors.

How to Become a Member of ATIC

  • Completing the ATIC Membership Form accurately and completely
Membership in ATIC is achieved by the firm joining at least one business council. If a firm wishes to join more than one business council, it must appoint a representative for each council and fill out the first page with the council information separately.
  • Submitting the completed membership form and Membership Commitment to ATIC
The original copy and the representative’s photo must be submitted to ATIC with the “Company Stamp” and “Authorized Signature” on the first page of the membership form and the commitment page. Passport-sized photos of the representatives should also be sent via email with a resolution of at least 300 dpi.
  • Submitting additional required documents to ATIC
The completed form should be accompanied by the Trade Registry Gazette showing the company’s articles of association, signature circular, tax certificate, and information form of the firm wishing to become a member.
  • Review of the documents by the ATIC Administrative and Financial Affairs Directorate and the Member Relations Department
Firms that were previously ATIC members but were removed for non-payment of membership fees can only be readmitted if they pay their outstanding debts. Until the membership process is completed and until the next ATIC Board of Directors meeting, the firm is referred to as a “Candidate Member.”
  • Notification of membership fee payment to accepted members
A membership acceptance letter is sent to the Young member accepted by the ATIC Board of Directors, completing the membership process.
  • Automatic renewal of membership
If the accepted Young member does not notify ATIC in writing of their desire to withdraw from membership, the membership is automatically renewed at the beginning of each fiscal year.
