On Friday, May 30, a key event titled “Outlook on Foreign Trade – The Importance of International Arbitration and Contracts” was successfully held at the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TİM) Conference Hall in Istanbul, in collaboration with ISTAC and DIŞYÖNDER.
Mr. Abdurrahman Özalp, President of ATIC Academy, served as the moderator of the event, facilitating engaging discussions on the legal infrastructure of international trade.
In addition, Mr. Ali Hakan Yasan, Chairman of ATIC’s Public Affairs Business Council, attended the event representing our institution and contributed to valuable discussions with sectoral stakeholders.
The event brought together leading names from the business and legal communities to explore key topics such as international arbitration frameworks, critical clauses in international contracts, and risk mitigation strategies in foreign trade.
