Women Leaders of the Future

The Women Leaders of the Future Training Program aims to prepare young women for the business world, thereby adding different value to both society and professional life. The program aims for final-year university students and newly graduated young women to develop their competencies, establish professional communication networks, and make a strong start to their careers.

International Entrepreneurship and Leadership Summit

The SME Summit aims to bring together decision-makers, business representatives, leaders of non-governmental organizations, academics, and experts at global, regional, and national levels. The Summit aims to contribute not only to information sharing but also to the development of a culture of cooperation, inspiration, and joint solution production.

SMEs and Entrepreneurs in the Supply Chain

The main objective of this project is to enable Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) and entrepreneurs in Turkey to take a more active role in the international supply chain. The program developed within this scope aims to support the integration of SMEs into international markets by offering certification, consultancy, and opportunities for a strong business network.

B2B ATIC Business Days

B2B ATIC Business Days have been launched with the aim of increasing communication among SMEs, enabling businesses to get to know each other and their areas of activity more closely, and developing commercial collaborations. Within the scope of this program, SMEs and entrepreneurs from different sectors have been brought together; new business cooperation opportunities have been supported through organized events, meetings, and gatherings.

Face-to-Face Mentorship

Within the scope of the Project to Increase SMEs' Contribution to Employment and Direct Them Towards Exports, face-to-face mentorship services will be provided to SMEs selected from "Young Leaders of the Future" by ATIC executives. During this process, mentors will provide guidance and one-on-one support to businesses on opening up to global markets, developing export strategies, certification, and creating business networks.

SME-50 Awards

The SME-50 Awards Project aims to uncover the potential of SMEs in Turkey and make their success stories visible on an international scale. This project not only highlights successful businesses but also aims to strengthen the role of Turkish SMEs in exports and create a permanent platform to support the SME ecosystem.

Young ATIC Internship Project

The Young ATIC Internship Project aims to prepare university students for the business world and encourage entrepreneurship. The project is led by the American Turkish Trade & Investment Council (ATIC) in collaboration with industrialists and universities, and will provide internship opportunities to 50 successful university students in ATIC member companies during the summer of 2026.

Young Ideas Strong Turkey Project

The main objective of this project is to support young people in developing innovative solutions to problems they encounter in various fields. "Idea Camps" organized within this scope are implemented with the participation of young people aged 18-30. Idea Camps encourage young people to produce solutions to social problems from their own perspectives and enable participants to transform their creativity into concrete projects.
