The purpose of law is the same everywhere; to provide equal justice. We can summarize the functions of judicial organs in America in two ways; while courts ensure the implementation of decisions made by legislative and executive organs, they are also obliged to protect individuals from arbitrary actions of these organs. The independence of the judiciary from the legislative and executive organs allows courts to follow a healthy path in shaping the country's laws. If courts see a situation that conflicts with the constitution, they can invalidate the law and judges have the power to protect individuals they find jurisdiction to prosecute. The great respect for judges in the country gives judicial organs an effectiveness that no legal organ can provide.
There are two basic features in determining attorney fees in the USA. In the first one, the fee is imposed on the losing party, while in the second case, it is determined by agreement between the attorney and the client without any legal restriction.
The federal government consists of 3 organs: legislative, executive and judicial. The legislative organ consists of two assemblies: the Senate and the House of Representatives. The Senate consists of a total of 100 senators with two senators from each state. For a law to be signed by the president, it must pass through both assemblies. The executive organ is the largest organ of the federal government. This organ is headed by the President who serves for four years. Although the executive organ shares its powers equally with the other two government organs, the President is the most competent person in the government.
