The council works to shed light on market opportunities, openly discuss challenges and identify solutions to further accelerate the development of the sector and to develop infrastructure, construction and real estate projects. The Annual Construction and Real Estate Conference is organized by the Council to address these issues.

The basic objectives of the council are: Following major infrastructure projects, developing the smart cities concept, evaluating construction joint ventures in third countries, providing support to its members and the real estate sector, offering programs and services that will develop the business of members.
